Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Process orders, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment. Keep the displays clean, sales floor well organized and the store environment customer friendly and inviting.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proven track record in sales or business development is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is beneficial.
