ROLE SUMMARY

The Junior Analyst will provide architecture and technology support to the Business Development teams as they develop end to end solutions, and integrations to services supporting our ever eveolving ecosystem. As part of the Business Development team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successfuil integration and utilization of the CRM system to streamline processes, enhance customer relationships, and drive business growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• CRM Implementation Support : Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand requirements, configure, customize, and imnplement the CRM tool to align with business objectives andprocesses
• Data Managment : Assist in the date migration, cleansing, and validation to ensure accurate and complete information within the CRM system
• Training and Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing support to users on CRM fucntionalities, best practices , and workfolows
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators (KPI’s), sales metrics, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement within the CRM system and recommend solutions to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, includeding user guides, training materials, and standard operation procedures (SOP’s).
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Construction, to ensure alignment and integration of CRM proecesses with overall business operations.
• Research: Facilitate the research, evaluation, and selection of software technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configurations.
• Ad-hoc Projects : Assist in ad-hoc projects related to business development, market research, and customer analysis as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Prior experience with CRM systems (eg., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, etc) is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Ability to understand the long-term and short-term perspectives of situations.
• Strong technical background (platforms, languages, protocols, frameworks, open source, etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
