- Shoot, edit, and produce video for the Sunland website, social media
advertisements, special events, meetings/presentations, and other media as
needs arise. Contribute photos as experience and expertise allow.
- Generate high-quality still images and videos worthy of wide audiences that
- Receive and manage all Sunland video and photography requests. Schedule,
shoot calendar.
- Contribute to the office's videography needs as video experience/expertise
footage, and edit videos to meet Sunlands marketing and communication
standards and needs.
- Suggest and implement ideas for photo essays and promotional shoots that will
- Work to ensure all photography and videography created by the
- Brainstorm and suggest ideas for adding a photo or video component to
- Work with division leaders to maximize photo reach, and ensure our
- Attentively archive and organize valuable photography and video assets for
account.
- Maintain all photography and videography gear and equipment.
- All other administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience in video and digital photography
- Previous experience working for a construction business is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe programs including Photoshop, Premiere,
- Ability to expertly operate mid- to high-level cameras, video cameras,
- Demonstrated proficiency and passion for modern photography and
- Enthusiasm for a variety of image styles and a commitment to quality work across
- Must be dependable, respectful, self-motivated, adaptable, efficient, and
- Must be able to fit into the Sunland culture
- Must be comfortable working both independently and with our Sunland and Marketing team.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects, respond to immediate requests, and
- Must employ a deep respect and appreciation for our various audiences and
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. Regular hours will be Monday-Friday,
required. However, your work week will be limited to 40 hours.
