Sunlune is Hiring an Intern, Analog Mixed Signal Design Engineer Near Santa Clara, CA

Role: Analog Mixed Signal Intern, full time based in Bay Area

Responsibilities

Analog Circuit Design for Artificial Intelligence such as Transformer/DNN.

Schematic capture, optimization and simulation.

Work with AI system team to maximize power efficiency and throughput of Analog AI processing units.

Qualifications

Master or PHD

Strong technical and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of microelectronic fundamentals & semiconductor electronics

Excellent problem-solving skills

Familiarity with the following tools: Cadence analog or mixed-signal tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, etc), Analog circuit simulators (HSpice, Spectre, Eldo, Customsim, etc), Linux and Windows OS
