Job Summary:

The Retail Coordinator will support the daily operations of our retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role involves managing schedules, store launches, coordinating promotional events, and assisting in operational tasks to enhance the customer experience and store performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Support:
• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitoring store schedules and timeclock compliance.
• Assist Retail Market Launches
• New market CRM setup including store, rep, and manager assignments.
• Coordinating launch training and communication.
• Managing Retail Marketing Assets:
• Monitor uniform inventory levels and assist in placing orders to ensure stock availability.
• Track stock deliveries and maintain accurate records of inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and resolve any delivery issues.
• Meeting Support:
• Create decks for recurring meetings.
• Support the meetings with product information, availability updates, and promotional materials.
• Promotions & Events:
• Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with onboarding, training, and sales management teams to support retail operations.
• Serve as a liaison between retail managers and corporate office, ensuring smooth communication.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with retail management software (e.g., CRM, LMS, ATS) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position in our Thanksgiving Point office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
