Sunny Grove Landscaping is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Process payments and invoices.
• Maintain customer accounts and records.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
• Current Software is CRS - Moving to Oracle NetSuite within the next 3-6 months

Skills:

• Must be able to Multi-task
• Self Starter
• Team Player
• Minimum of 1 year in Accounts Receivable Position
• Trained in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Upbeat Personality with the ability to work in a Fast Paced Environment
• Attention to Detail
• Coachable, willing to train and learn with coworkers
• Must have Dependable Transportation
• Must be able to work 7:30am -4pm Monday-Friday in our office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
