Job Overview:

We are seeking a Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive repair and customer service, ensuring smooth communication between customers and service technicians.

Duties:

- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs
- Create accurate service orders and estimates
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Skills:

- Experience as a service technician or in automotive repair
- Knowledge of brake repair, oil changes, air brakes, tire services, and automotive sales
- Strong customer service skills to effectively transmit information between customers and technicians
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
