We are seeking a Financial Administrative Support Specialist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Preferred Skill:

• Proficiency in Navy ERP systems and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

Tasks:

• Prepare and deliver financial reports, including budget summaries, expenditures, obligations, commitments, and balance data.
• Create Excel spreadsheets and graphs to illustrate financial data and trends.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on financial processes and objectives to support EAG's mission.
• Manage and track research proposals, non-procurement Statements of Work (SOWs), and associated documentation.
• Support planning and execution of EAG workshops, including coordination of logistics and documentation.
• Maintain records of purchases, conduct inventories, and input purchase requests into ERP and PRE systems.
• Provide office management support, including overseeing workspaces, coordinating use of meeting rooms, and greeting visitors.
