The Customer Service Representative (Construction Administrative Assistant) Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at SunRay, you'll be instrumental in guiding contractors and suppliers through the process of securing their investments on construction job sites. Your role will involve utilizing lien laws, managing property titles, and handling construction documents to ensure that all necessary paperwork is in order. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching online public records and verifying information.
- Assisting with the preparation of construction documents.
- Providing outstanding customer service and support to ensure our customers' concerns are valued and addressed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A passion for customer service and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and internet research.
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinking with a proactive mindset.
