**Job Summary:** We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and efficient property management. **Responsibilities:** - Assist in leasing activities, including showing available units, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements - Address tenant concerns and resolve maintenance issues promptly - Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions - Collaborate with property managers to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations - Assist in rent collection and financial reporting - Support in the implementation of property rules and regulations **Qualifications:** - Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively - Proficiency in real estate administrative tasks - Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors - Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi for data management - Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and procedures - Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management - Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance - Experience in property maintenance and facilities management This position offers a competitive salary along with opportunities for growth and development in the real estate industry.
