Sunrise Banks is Hiring a BSA Systems Analyst Near Paul, MN
DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYThe position is responsible for managing system performance for all BSA systems. This position will act as a liaison between BSA Operations and Information Technology (IT) teams. Job responsibilities include the support and enhancement of BSA systems, creating new rules/typologies, testing existing rule performance and creating BSA related reporting.
Essential Functions
- Assist with BSA systems/reports and troubleshoot issues
- Research and generate lookbacks for the team
- Report generation (SAR Committee, Board Committee, QC, etc.)
- Research industry identified trends/typologies and build new rules
- Test existing rule performance & provide recommendations for enhancements
- Partner with the Database team on FinTech data quality initiatives
- Quality assurance of new partner data files to ensure accuracy in BSA transaction monitoring systems
- Responsible for oversight/verification of all monitoring system updates/changes
- Perform transaction code and product mapping in BSA systems
- Ad hoc data reporting as needed

- 3 years technical experience required
- Actimize and Abrigo (BAM ) experience preferred (technical background, not operational)
- 3 years SQL and coding experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and related regulations governing banking preferred
- CAMS Certification Preferred
- 2 years FinTech BSA/Monitoring experience required
- Strong skill set in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
