“Data Entry Clerk”
Local construction company of 40 years seeking a Data Entry Clerk.
Job duties include:
Accounts Payable – assisting the Accounts Payable lead with entering invoices reconciling vendor statements and learning the the check run. You will be the backup to A/P when needed.
Data Entry – assisting the Accounts Receivable coordinators with job costing, checking options and updating scheduling dates
Qualified candidates must possess the following skills and abilities:
- Knowledge working with Excel, Google Sheets and Outlook
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Must be able to effectively and efficiently communicate
- Attention to detail is a must
We offer competitive wages and a benefits package which includes, health, dental, vision and 401K
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
