Shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, 8:30-2:30pm
A Description of Duties:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities to enable them to live valued lives in the community
- Oversees the health and safety of individuals at all times - Reports any changes in health or behavioral status immediately
- Implements and documents training, therapy and behavior programs and data collection required by the individuals' plans
- Assists with ensuring that choices and creative activities within a positive innovative environment are offered
- Performs all duties in compliance with agency directives, licensing standards, and policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Successfully complete the required pre-employment Background, Medical and Drug Screenings
- Possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
- Able to apply basic computer skills
- Possess good oral and written skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Insurance, paid time off, and holiday benefits may be available contingent upon scheduled hours worked.
