You will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the ServiceNow system including monitoring and administering of the benefit tickets to the appropriate people. Processing of day-to-day transactions and ensuring accurately and timeliness. Assist the Benefits Delivery Solutions team with audits, completion of forms, manual entry and ad-hoc requests as necessary.
Responsibilities

• Administration activities include the following:
• Processing Qualified Medical Child Support Orders
• Enrollment appeal requests
• Daily ticket assignment and processing of manual enrollments
• Complete employee benefit verification request and Medicare forms
• Deliver service excellence to managers and employees by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to their inquiries and transactions
• Review current operational processes and tools, recommend improvements and document new processes

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Administrative support experience
• Experience developing practices and processes and driving program results thru project and program execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player, energetic, service-oriented, and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Strong attention to details
• Able to multitask, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline
• Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
• Working knowledge of HR SAP and/or Workday is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business or equivalent preferred
• Benefits/health plan experience preferred
