The ideal candidate will have expertise in business process management and modeling, with a working knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in tools like VISIO and BPMN, along with excellent documentation skills, is essential. The role involves conducting meetings, capturing requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and documenting procedures and process definitions to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The hourly rate for this position is between $80-$85 per hour.
