Job Description
- Must have desktop/laptop repair experience.
- Strong experience with MacOS and Windows 10/11.
- Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops.
- Install and maintain PCs and associated software.
- Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met.
- Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
