Description/Comment:This role is required on a six-month contractual basis as part of the Corporate Talent Acquisition team within the Global Human Resources Function in close collaboration with HR Leadership, Global and Geozone HR Business Partners, and other HR COEs, as an embedded Subject Matter Expert on Onboarding best practices.
Responsible for a variety of Onboarding duties as needed including, but not limited to Employee Onboarding Enquiries, Pre-Employment Screening verifications and support, Oracle Onboarding System administration and a variety of Talent Acquisition projects.

OPERATIONS
  • Subject Matter Expert to Employee Onboarding enquiries under the direction and support of the Snr HR Manager – Knowledge & Onboarding
  • Pre-Employment screening verifications
  • Administrative support to the Drug & Alcohol testing program
  • Oracle HCM Onboarding system administration support with new user training and development of training tools
  • Analysis of Onboarding Survey results
  • Administrative support on a variety of Talent Acquisition projects including but not limited to:
  • Executive Onboarding Program
  • Day 2 and beyond Employee Onboarding Experience
  • Update of Onboarding Computer-Based Training
QUALITY
  • Responsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System
  • Maintains service quality as immediate priorities when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvement
COMMUNICATION
  • Maintains effective communications with all key stakeholders both internal and where appropriate external
  • Stakeholder engagement and management to develop and sustain productive client and stakeholder relationships at all levels of the organization

FINANCIAL
  • All employees have an accountability to the organisation to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expenses
RequiredExperience & Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field OR 5 years of HR or Administrative experience in a onboarding or generalist position
PREFERRED
  • Previous Oracle HCM system experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities REQUIRED
  • Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
  • Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, e-mail or in person.
  • Excellent experience in organizing, planning and prioritizing work.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient skills with Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other standard Microsoft Office software
  • Flebile with work assignment scope and a team player
  • Experience in analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
PREFERRED
  • Additional language skills in any one of the following languages: Spanish, Arabic, Chinese (simplified), French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Thai.
