SAP Order Entry
Excel heavy role - will be regularly using formulas including concatenate functions, vlookups, etc.
The nature of the work is focused on creating and servicing product demand. Prepares and analyzes sales reports and reporting packs in support of Geography account or category teams to include: forecasts and results reports: analyses of variances versus budget forecasts and sell-thru reporting. Conducts research to estimate market demand. Delivers analysis to identify key growth opportunities. Will often focus on customer door level detail, SKU productivity, category stock and sales analysis, and marketplace performance. Acts as key partner and teammate with account executives and strategic account managers to deliver an aligned category vision to the customer. Description
As our Inventory Sales Account Representative, you will support our Value Partner business in NA.
You will partner and collaborate with the Inventory Sales Managers to manage the North America Marketplace.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners as well as our External Partner portfolio of accounts.
This position helps to deliver on metrics that keep us the leading sports brand in the world. Your attention to detail, decision making skills and results oriented motivation will be utilized to achieve our deliverables to and the accounts we service.
ResponsibilitiesSystems
AP for data entry and utilizing BOTS for automated data entry
Create reports and analysis in Excel that help manage execution of value partner accounts shipments "Manage the on Order book”
Utilize a third-party platform as a "Go to Market” tool to communicate inventory to our Value Partner account buying teams as well as execute confirmed deals in SAP
Account Management
Build collaborative relationships with external Partner buyers and assistant buyers.
Work closely with Inventory Sales Managers to create and communicate a clear story for business partners.
Work across the matrix to build strong working relationships with IBP, finance, distribution centers, and S&IP.
Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
Proactively identify account issues, future business opportunities and product issues

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant work experience
Retail, Account Management, Direct Sales experience preferred
Experience in the "Off-Price” or Value Sector a definite plus
Technical/Professional Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and data platforms
