The Senior IT Product Specialist will be part of the EP-IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GR&C) Team.
The EP-IT GR&C team is responsible for managing risk and compliance governance and oversight activities for the Information Technology and Enterprise Protection organization.
In a rapidly changing environment, this team provides guidance, consultation, and support to the IT Architecture, IT Operations, Cybersecurity and Corporate Security organizations to ensure risk and compliance are well-managed today and prepared for emerging requirements and opportunities in the future.
EP-IT GR&C is developing a new Microsoft (MS) SharePoint site collection that will include MS Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate components. The IT Product Specialist will need to be well versed in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform applications implementation and administration.
These MS products will be used to develop an enterprise level communication and collaboration platform with integrated workflow automation and metrics reporting.
The ideal candidate will have an ample background in MS SharePoint site development, and Power Platform integration.
The candidate will also need to be familiar with API configuration and data retrieval techniques.
They should have a wide variety of knowledge related to these areas as well as skills in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft productions and solutions.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following. The list is not all inclusive and additional tasks may be assigned to the candidate.
MS SharePoint configuration, administration and integration with access management systems (e.g., SailPoint)
MS Power Platform integration with SharePoint
MS Power BI metrics and reporting development.
Work closely with Infrastructure and application teams (Winnows, SAP, Application etc.)
Provide user support and training.
Break-Fix Support provide troubleshooting and support for tools.
Required Skills / Experience:
Proficient in utilizing and supporting MS SharePoint and Power Platform products in a large enterprise environment.
Proficient in configuring, administrating and supporting MS products.
Strong understanding of MS Application Architecture
Familiarity with integration with Access Management solutions.
Desired Skills / Experience:
3 years' experience directly developing, configuring, and administrating MS SharePoint.
3 years' experience directly designing, developing and administrating MS Power Platform products in a large enterprise environment.
BA/BS in Computer Science, IT System Management, Security, or other related technical degree
The hourly rate for this position is between $70.00 - $73.00 per hour.
