Our client a leading sports product manufacturing compnay is looking for Merchandising Operations in Beaverton, OR. It's a 8 months contract role to start.

Location: Beaverton, OR

As a critical part of the team, this person will work closely with Merchandising, Product, and Operations partners to drive initiatives and communication across all levels of our business.
What You Will Work On

- Line planning/assortment creation work and tools experience is a plus

- Role is an individual contributor but will be working with a large scale of merchandisers, directors, execs in the Global merchandising team
As a critical part of the team, this person will work closely with Merchandising, Product, and Operations partners to drive initiatives and communication across all levels of our business.
What You Will Work On
- You will work with the Men's Merchandising teams, as well as Consumer Creation Operational partners to drive Merchandising process excellence and accountability as well as facilitate cross-functional alignment across teams within CODE moments.

- Drive Merchandising Calendar/Process
- Ensure all deadlines are met on time, with impeccable results
- Guide and influence the merchandising process in collaboration with x-functional partners
- Continuously seek out ways to improve process and capabilities of a multi-discipline team Support implementation and identification of tools that enable the Product Creation team to create the world's best product
- Drive and deliver projects against key strategies & priorities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
- 5-8 years' experience in Merchandising, Product Creation or Relevant Industry, with FW and/or AP expertise
- Deep process and operational experience, including familiarity with the CODE Process
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Strong communicator & collaborator
- Passionate, curious problem-solver
- Collaborative & strong communication skillset, including strong story-telling skills including PowerPoint and/or Keynote presentations
- Ability to influence and facilitate at leadership levels
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving a team to clarity/results
- Change agent/change management skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
