Our facility is made up of sales, marketing, HR, and finance teams. client Medical is committed to designing active imaging systems that help surgeons visualize anatomy and lesions, guide interventions, and navigate inside the human body.

Our mission at client is to change the standard of care in surgical interventions with real-time visual guidance, giving surgeons the information needed to immediately make critical decisions.

Position Summary

You will be the first point of contact for our Burlington, MA office location, providing in office support Monday through Friday.

This role requires superior interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. The candidate should be able to operate independently as well as a member of a team.

This role will assist in performing a variety of daily tasks, so that the office runs smoothly and meets service excellence standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet guests to the office.
  • Accept mail and packages delivered to the office.
  • Order lunches, be the contact person for delivery, set up and clean up following lunch.
  • Online food shopping weekly and as needed.
  • Restock refrigerators daily and as needed.
  • Reserve office space for visitors.
  • Restock and order office supplies as needed, maintain organization.
  • Answer the office phone number.
  • Create office suite work orders via the building / property management portal as needed.
  • Manage an office calendar of events, visitors, etc.

Qualifications Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' office environment experience.
  • Detail orientated, self-starter, quick learner with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to problem solve, identify solutions and associated impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships, and lead when necessary.
  • Pleasant, friendly, and outgoing personality.
  • Detail oriented, self-starter, and quick learner with the ability to prioritize work.

Physical Requirements

  • Sit for extended periods of time.
  • Spend time on the phone and computer conducting conversations.
  • Lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Walk up and down stairs (or utilize barrier-free accesses).
  • Frequent walking around the office suite

Travel : Local as needed.
