- Leads process improvement initiatives, for example optimizing Global Program Teams (GPT) budgeting guidance, team effectiveness tools [TAK20 Team Health Check], and integrated drug development frameworks [e.g. GPT Goal Setting, GPT Scenario Planning, etc.]
- Influences/mentors program teams to fully leverage frameworks/best practices continuously enhancing the operational effectiveness of Client's GPT.
- Leads multiple, complex initiatives and workstreams in alignment with the Portfolio Finance Strategy & Operations priorities and roadmap.
- Leads Change, acting as a change agent using skills and expertise to inspire a shared purpose of intent, and drive project awareness, communications, and training, while ensuring effective acceptance of operational improvements across R&D
- Collaborates with stakeholders in Client GPTs, to support continuous improvement of Client's Global Program Team-oriented Operating Model.
- Leverages cross-functional relationships to enhance the GPT community across the enterprise.
- Partners with Center of Operational Performance (CoOP) members and internal customers (i.e. Global Program Leaders (GPLs), Global Program Managers (GPMs), stakeholders etc) to strengthen and support operational frameworks
- Utilizes strong communication skills and effective project management skills to strengthen broader Client process improvement goals, with a focus on GPT effectiveness.
- Design key documents regarding Client's Research and Development (R&D) operating model and supporting material, such as the R&D Playbook.
- Drives execution of team and operating model effectiveness assessments, supporting data analysis and reports.
- Leads GPT Onboarding delivery program.
- Facilitates GPT TAK20 Health checks in support of Global Program Teams
- Serves as a skilled facilitator, supporting GPTs as needed/requested in the application of elements from the GPT operating model.
- Leads an enterprise meeting facilitation center of excellence, developing high-quality reference material and supporting the digital environment.
- Leads TAK20 Team Health Check implementation process, proactively identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Identifies best practices and prepares frameworks/materials for cross-GPT consumption, which will include communication and rollout planning.
- Manages collection and access to GPT shared learning documentation, making strong examples accessible to our broader GPT Community
- Prepares and delivers presentations with meaningful implications, actionable insights, and recommendations that clearly articulate rationale and impact.
- Manages relationships with vendors on methodologies, project management, and tracking deliverables.

- Bachelors required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or related healthcare industry
- Minimum 5 year's experience in process improvement, project management, business innovation/consulting background is an advantage.
- Facilitation experience and any background in teaming or organizational learning/behaviour is a plus
- Experience interacting with different functions/divisions and regions within the biopharma industry. Exposure to working with cross-functional matrixed, global project/product teams or similar is an advantage.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary groups to coordinate and deliver projects
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills; ability to synthesize technical information within and across functional areas.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, One-Note etc.
