Sunrise Systems is Hiring a Support specialist Near El Segundo, CA

Job Title : Aladdin Support Specialist

Location : El Segundo, CA 90245

Duration : 7 months contract with possible extension

High-level responsibilities :

  • Onshore L2 / L3 support for Aladdin.
  • Support Blackrock's Aladdin trade order management systems end user queries.
  • Track issues and report KPI
  • Ability to independently drill down in / out of Aladdin to find issue root cause.
  • Perform analysis, determine root cause, engage various teams to drive solution,
  • Good understanding of investment data and attentive to details work from client office from day one.

Requirements :

  • 7 years if Experience in Aladdin and investment industry is a must.
  • Ability to interface with FO end users
  • Good understanding of investment data and attentive to details
  • Ability to independently drill down in / out of Aladdin to find issue root cause.
  • Familiar with database. Able to run queries as part of issue analysis.
  • Knowledge in SQL Server.
  • Knowledge in JIRA / ServiceNow / Confluence.

The hourly rate for this position is between $52-57 per hour.

Compensation :

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate .
