Purpose:
To provide support to the Chief Administrative Officer with all clerical and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
• Must possess at least three years of providing support at an Executive level
• Must possess strong computer skills
Essential Functions
• Provides administrative and clerical support to Chief Operations Officer (COO) on a day-to-day basis
• Files and retrieves documents and reference materials
• Conducts research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Responsible for the routing and distribution of all incoming and outgoing mail
• Composes, edits and types routine correspondence at the direction of the COO
• Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records
• Answers and screens COO telephone calls, and arranges conference calls
• Coordinates COO’s schedule and makes appointments, schedules meetings and makes travel arrangements, as needed
• Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings
• Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
• Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance
• Performs all other duties as assigned
