We need someone who will be able to take over a large book of business, so 3 years of dealership experience is required.

Luxury brand experience a plus.

Automotive Service Advisor Duties

A great service advisor will do the following :

• As the first point of contact for automotive service customers, show outstanding customer service.
• Use active listening to engage and understand the customer's vehicle issues and concerns.
• Create repair order and communicate vehicle needs clearly to service technician.
• Communicate vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customer. Advise and sell needed work.
• Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customer updated.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner at all times.

Automotive Service Advisor Requirements

• Proven track record as a professional automotive service advisor, 3 years or more preferred
• Must have outstanding customer service skills.
• Experience selling automotive service to luxury vehicle clients
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience helpful.
