Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential customers to promote and sell our technology products. As the Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for all wholesale and distribution networks, sales strategies, structuring sales, setting up new business accounts for customers, and promoting our products to ultimately generate sales.
You’re known for your exceptional customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to close sales using your proven communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. if you have proven success in driving growth in CBD companies, are great at establishing credibility and rapport with clients, and building professional relationships then this could be the right role for you.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our CBD products
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively to drive sales
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CBD industry preferred
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in sales or inside sales, preferably in CBD
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to engage in outbound calling and effectively communicate product information
- Strong desire to succeed
