Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting Residents to and from the doctors office within a 10 mile radius. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and be familiar with the area.
Duties:
- Operate a van or 15 passenger bus (no CDL required), ensuring the safety of our residents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions or concerns from residents.
- Safely navigate through busy roads and traffic, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Perform maintenance on vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, adhering to all company standards for appearance and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with receptionist on scheduling.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a van and 15 passenger bus.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to residents.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads, as well as navigate tight spaces.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed on time.
***Level 2 background check & Drug test.
