The LPN administers nursing care as ordered by the nursing care plan and physicians orders, and ensure that changes are processed in a timely and accurate manner. This position communicates the resident plan of care with the physician, resident, and care team members while maintaining awareness of the resident’s needs and changes in condition, while sustaining a safe resident environment.

Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm
$2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time

Required Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses)

• Current LPN license in Washington State or registered with the Multistate Compact
• Current CPR certification (Can obtain this after hire)

Required Experience

• 2 years experience preferred
