We are seeking an experienced Office Specialist to join our dynamic medical office team. Duties
- Greet patients and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Utilize HealthTrust Software to update patient records and perform administrative tasks.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing charts, and ordering medical supplies.
- Handle billing and insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Support the front desk team with patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle urgent care situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
