Childcare Assistant Director Duncan, Spartanburg Area
The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Assistant Director for our top-rated preschool in Duncan, located near BMW. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!
Pay range: $16-$19 per hour , based on experience, education and credentials.

Assistant Director Responsibilities :

• Assist in the day-to-day management of our preschool and ensure that licensing requirements are met.
• Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
• Provide informative tours to families looking into suitable childcare options.
• Perform administrative duties, enrollment and tours, maintain staff and child files, state licensing maintenance, and regulation/policy compliance.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or similar field required.
• At least 6 months of experience in licensed childcare management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
