Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for inventory control and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for tracking and managing inventory
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize product placement and boost sales
- Assist in training development related to inventory management procedures
- Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays

Requirements:
- Proven experience in inventory control or related field
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and procedures
- Ability to sell products effectively and contribute to sales goals
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient inventory tracking
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
- Background in interior design is advantageous
