Role Responsibilities :
As a Solar Sales Representative, your primary responsibility entails engaging potential clients, conducting home sales consultations on a daily basis, addressing warm and cold homeowner leads.
You'll establish rapport, qualify prospects for a Home Energy Evaluation and Solar Consultation, and offer professional energy efficiency guidance.
By excelling in this role, you empower homeowners to significantly reduce or eliminate their monthly electric bills, enhance the value of their homes, and tailor an energy-efficient living environment.
We provide bi-weekly field and classroom training, along with ongoing support from our Management team, to equip you with the confidence and skills needed to achieve your weekly marketing and sales targets.
Additionally, you'll receive a performance-based compensation package, offering earning potential commensurate with previous experience, training, and interview performance.
