Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to expand our market presence by establishing relationships with smoke shops and convenience stores across designated territories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of the kratom market, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential retail partners, including smoke shops and convenience stores, within assigned territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to promote Sunstone Organics kratom products.
• Educate retail partners on the benefits and uses of Sunstone Organics kratom, providing product training and support as needed.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product placement and increase sales volume.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal merchandising of Sunstone Organics kratom products.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management, including recommendations for optimizing sales efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kratom or related industry.
• Strong understanding of the smoke shop and convenience store market, including existing relationships with potential retail partners. (Preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, with a willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Google Docs and Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
