Sunstream Boat Lifts is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Founded 28 years ago, we are a leading, high-growth, mid-sized company known for innovative, customer-driven products that are sold direct to consumers and through an international network of dealers.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing sales leads, making quotations to customers, and fielding phone calls, e-mails and online communications to provide front-line pre-sales and post-sales customer support for the Helix product line, resulting in a high close ratio and satisfied customers.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years sales experience
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Mechanically inclined, and gets satisfaction from problem-solving and helping others
  • CRM and enterprise software (i.e. ERP) familiarity
  • Strong MS Office skills – intermediate or better Excel and Word
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive “can do” attitude when engaging with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent negotiation and sales closing skills
  • Familiarity with the market of recreational power boats and / or boat lifts a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Front-line customer communications via telephone, email, LiveChat and social media inquiries
  • B2C interfacing with our dealers, placing orders and giving support
  • Effectively manage a sales funnel of incoming leads and quotations, resulting in a high close ratio
  • Provide prompt, best-in-class customer communication and support, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Input all customer communications in Sunstream’s CRM
  • Coordinate installations
  • Provide technical and sales training and troubleshooting support to customers

Compensation: Competitive market salary and incentive programs

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
