- Accurately perform all repairs and maintenance

- Perform Quality Work
- 3 years of automotive repair experience minimum,
- At least 2 years OEM dealership experience is Preferred.
- Ford Experience and Training Preferred
- Missouri State and Emission Inspector licenses Preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s license - Must be clean
- Must be able to pass drug tests
- Must be able to clear background check - no criminal history
- Working knowledge of diagnostic systems, methods, testing equipment, and tools
- Must have Full set of tools
