Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain phone etiquette while answering calls promptly and addressing guest needs or concerns.
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various phone systems and online platforms.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues that arise during their stay.
- Promote hotel services and upsell additional amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel's management system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
