DESIGN ARCHITECT / ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior design architects
• Work independently and manage relationship/communications with selected clients
• Develop architectural design drawings and SketchUp models
• Lead interior design efforts on selected local projects
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Participate in project interviews and presentations
Qualifications
• Proven experience designing projects of various types (including developing site plans, floor plans & façade designs)
• Experience working in master planning, programming, conceptual design and schematic design phases
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Proficiency in InDesign and/or Revit is beneficial
• Applicant should hold an architectural license or be on a licensure track
