This Part-Time job offers an hourly rate $15-$20/hr. Compensation will change as the program continues to grow.
Requirements
The Position:
We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all! A plus is if a candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children.
- Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success
- Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
- Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
- And finally, our coaches have a blast! They are open-minded, and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
