Responsibilities:

• Use Microsoft .NET Framework and a supported MVC framework, C# programming language to the development of the applications.
• Use object-oriented techniques and best practices to analyze, design, development, unit testing and deployment. Convert existing applications to .NET Framework with additional security features.
• Document all deliverables and perform system unit testing and validation of procedures.
• Work with program area team on technical issues including system design and testing.
• Analyzing information to recommend and plan the development and implementation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
• Work with Program team members on detailed business requirements, understanding business processes and technology, agency standards, and ensuring project goal alignment.
• Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Responsible for modifying existing applications due to changes in technology, security, state or federal law changes and national standards.
• Proven contribution to creating responsive websites for use on desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Understanding of HTML5, AngularJS, React, Node.js, and Mongo to convert Wireframes and PSD Designs into workable web apps

Required Skills:

• 10 years of progressive responsibility in a .NET development environment
• Demonstrated technical knowledge which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities. Three years relevant experience with enterprise-wide INTEGRATION architecture in .NET environment required.
• Strong knowledge of OOAD and multi-tier architectures, and application of architectural design patterns for solution.
• Ability to design, develop and maintain large scale, high performing, high transactional systems in .NET. Expertise in C# programming language.
• Ability to diagram and document designs and requirements.
• Strong communication and written skills. Ability to work out differences of opinions and publish scalable and quality system design specifications
• Ability to work as a collaborative member of a team while also being comfortable in leading a work initiative when directed to do so.
