The position provides leadership to those staff assigned to the designated office and responsible for providing core inventory services to a broad array of local customers, and in so doing operates in a competitive, structured, energetic and demanding work environment. The position is responsible for successfully planning, organizing, coordinating and leading teams of inventory professionals during assigned inventory events, for meeting client expectations and for satisfying company.
Job Duties
* **Maximize Financial Performance** -responsible for meeting, or exceeding the approved revenue and profit plan, and for analyzing monthly Profit & Loss statements (with an eye toward maximizing office net profit results by actively
managing on-going labor expenses).
* **Effective Employee Scheduling**-Utilizes Results Based Forecasting (RBF) to effectively schedule team members on job assignments, based on availability, productivity, and skill level.
* **Talent Acquisition**-Recruit new employees and build/maintain a pipeline of local, qualified applicants.
* **Leadership Development**-Selects, develops, trains, monitors and provides general direction to subordinate managers to ensure successful performance of their principle duties and responsibilities.
Job Requirements
* College degree, with an emphasis in business preferred.
* Five years supervisory experience (multi-unit) preferred.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with proven ability to work with customers and colleagues at all levels.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Acceptable Driving Record-Meets or exceeds the requirements of the company's driving policy.
