Job Summary:
This Project Manager role will support the Marketing team to execute an upcoming client event. Project management and attention to detail are central to this position. This person must be organized and self-motivated, capable of thinking creatively and quickly, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage marketing timelines and dashboard
- Maintains email editorial calendar
- Manage website development
- Keep campaigns/announcements on track, follow up with appropriate contacts to ensure deadlines are met
- Manages invoices and balancing budget in media plan
- Sponsor team liaison
- Marketing asset/logo liaison with external vendors
- Manages marketing channels with registration vendor (dedicated emails, ticketing page content, etc.
- Oversees project summary and reporting; creation of marketing decks for brand guidelines, data tracking, project review, etc.
- Proactively confirm marketing deadlines are met and progress is being made on client deliverables
