We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to play a vital role in ensuring that our team receives the support needed. You will be responsible for many facets of the Human Resources functions. This position requires a positive and driven individual who is experienced. What You Will Do
  • Administers employee status changes in ADP, including new hires and terminations, and communicates to relevant parties.
  • Prepares new-employee files and maintains files according to State and Federal regulations.
  • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. Reconciles monthly invoices for all benefit plans.
  • Conducts stay and exit interviews using Qualtrics Survey software and compiles data for analysis.
  • Monitors unemployment process and responds to claims with requested documentation.
  • Coordinates uniform allowance program with the field.
  • Maintains updated organizational charts.
  • Participates in HR project teams as required. Projects may include but are not limited to monthly newsletter, service awards, HR forms, AR Meeting planning, etc.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, new technology, including federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
Additional Duties And Expectations
  • Demonstrates a high level of trust, confidentiality, and good judgment.
  • Must have superior oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.

  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and to accomplish job duties in an efficient and timely manner.

Education And Experience
  • An Associate degree preferred but not required or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Two years of HR related experience is required.
  • Proficiency with ADP HRIS system preferred but not required.
  • Qualtrics Survey Software experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements And Working Conditions
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Adequate light and ventilation.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.
  • Working with others.
  • Working around others.
