Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for all preventative maintenance, necessary maintenance and repairs to the site. Including mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems. Must have general working knowledge of all building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life safety, fire protection, and security systems. Must be familiar with all systems to ensure proper preventative maintenance operations and to act upon any conditions that are unusual or out of the ordinary.
• Complete periodic general preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical 277 and 480 volt, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Which includes normal lubrication, cleaning, adjustments, replacement of consumable parts, cleaning, and periodic testing of equipment. Systems include but are not limited to; air handling units (includes both rooftop and built-up units), re-circulating systems, water pump systems, all plumbing system components and cooling tower and chillers. Also conduct general building maintenance as needed. Must have commercial experience no apartment or residential maintenance men. Prefer old school warrior can do type of attitude. Attention to detail and a self-starter.
