Responsibilities:

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain new salespeople, ensuring their success through their first 90 days.
• Lead your team to consistently turn in a high volume of contracts on a weekly basis.
• Oversee revenue generation and participate in a revenue-sharing program.
• Climb and inspect roofs, adhering to safety protocols.
• Engage in cold outreach, including door-to-door and cold calling, to generate leads.
• Inspire and motivate your team, leading by example with a hands-on approach.
• Run regular script practices and ensure your team is well-prepared for every scenario.
• Analyze and act on performance reports, guiding your team to exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

• REQUIRED: At least 1 year of Construction Sales Management experience.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to demand attention and respect while speaking with authority.
• Proven ability to take initiative and move quickly in implementing ideas.
• Detail-oriented and responsive, with a strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Deep desire to see your team succeed and a proven track record of developing successful salespeople.
• Ability to recruit and train salespeople in various environments, including casual settings.
• Experience in the construction industry, with the ability to read and understand reports and develop actionable plans.
• Proficient in computer skills, with a decent level of tech-savviness.
• Valid Driver's License required.
