Superior Contracting Maintenance is Hiring a Training Coordinator & Project Manager Near Tallahassee, FL

This position is with a client of Linda Barineau H.R. Solutions, LLCIf you love learning & training workshops, read on because this may be the job you have been looking for!Industry: Corporate Training
Compensation Range: $42,000-$48,000 A review in 6 months with potential of $50k-$52k in first year. Annual increase relative to performance.
Schedule: 40 hours a week, M-F between 9:00-5:00pm is the core schedule. Friday hours can be 9:00-4:00 p.m.; however, client training schedules may alter the schedule when necessary. Tuesday - Thursday will be in-office. Optional remote work on Monday and Friday.
Location: Tallahassee, FL
The individual will have a private office, laptop, and company phone. Some travel is required.

RequirementsSummary of Qualifications Required:General:
  • Minimum of an AA Degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years job related experience
  • Good attendance and punctuality history is needed
  • A clean, safe driving record and reliable transportation are needed
  • Acceptable results of a criminal background and credit check are necessary
  • Persistence and follow-through experience and skill
  • Need: Strong organizational & attention to detail skills. Initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding knowledge of computer (IT) skills are a must
  • Must have the ability to travel approximately 2 days monthly
  • Professional attire and cleanliness that projects an executive presence is required
Administrative Support:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative support, preferably executive level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, especially PowerPoint) & experienced with Canva for design purposes is essential
  • Superb grammar & writing skills. Must have the ability to compose professional emails and create professional, attractive documents for meetings and workshops
  • Must be highly client-centric and have excellent customer service and communication skills in both phone and in-person settings
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service to clients via phone and email
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through clear and empathetic communication, fostering trust and satisfaction
  • Document client interactions and follow-up actions accurately in the shared Datto Drive, ensuring comprehensive and organized client records
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects, both long-and-short-term, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals
  • Proficient using project management software, such as Monday.com, Asana, and Trello to plan, track, and report on project progress
  • Above average understanding of setting up, troubleshooting, and maintaining office technology, including computers, printers, and phones
  • Experience handling planning and logistics that are necessary for off-site training and workshop events
  • Competent in organizing and managing virtual meetings, webinars, and remote training sessions using platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Must be comfortable in training sessions with a variety of personalities who can sometimes be demanding. This includes occasionally managing a workshop in conjunction with the Sr. Trainer
  • Must be comfortable with speaking to the public and able to quickly connect with others
  • Must be able to comfortably lift, move, and carry 30 lb. case of training materials up & down stair flights (minimum 2 flights)
  • Must be able to stand for significant periods of time during training workshops
  • Must have a dedicated home office in a space that is free of distractions and with high-speed internet service
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide executive support for and to the CEO regarding client communication, technology software, business, and training matters
  • Accurately maintain current and prospective client databases
  • Work with Sr. Trainer/CEO to prepare all training materials and collate, usually within 48 hours prior to a training date, including gathering and organizing workshop supplies, decorations & gift bags
  • Manage the social media presence of the organization and keep it current
  • Provide client support for various leadership training and assessment platforms, primarily the Harrison Assessments and Active Campaign Systems
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and follow-up for workshops, training sessions, and client meetings
  • Attend workshops and trainings with Sr. Trainer/CEO. This may include pertinent and legible notetaking during training or coaching sessions
  • Coordinate and manage virtual training workshops, assisting the Sr. Trainer
  • Work with the accounting/bookkeeping personnel when necessary
  • Other duties as needed
