**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of CNC machines and have a strong understanding of machining processes. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines, press brakes, and other CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts and products. This role requires a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual who can accurately set up and operate CNC machines to meet production demands.
**Responsibilities**
- Operate CNC milling machines and other CNC equipment to manufacture precision parts and products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and computer-aided design (CAD) files to ensure accurate setup and operation of CNC machines.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure produced parts meet quality standards.
- Load and unload materials and products from CNC machines, using precision measuring instruments to verify part accuracy.
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC equipment and make necessary adjustments to maintain production schedules.
- Utilize CAM programming software to optimize CNC machine operation and improve production efficiency.
- Operate a press or stamping press to shape and form metal and other materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized production environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

- Proficiency with CNC milling machines and other CNC equipment.
