Superior Fence & Rail of Broward County is a fence industry leader seeking an experienced, full-time Permitting Technician for immediate hire. Typical work hours are from 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file all permits with various municipalities; including local HOA
• Track status of all open and/or pending permits
• Research property records via tax collector website
• Develop expertise in product, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas
• Receive inbound calls from customers
• Perform data entry as needed
• Assist operations personnel as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior office software experience (Microsoft Office or Google’s G Suite)
• Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Proficient in typing and possess strong computer skills
• Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect.
• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
