As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Conduct sales transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale system

- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets

- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor

- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of technology products or wireless sales is a plus

- Bilingual proficiency is an asset for serving diverse customer needs
