Receptionist: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Pay $16 - $20 per hour.

One of the largest well know respected Construction and Landscape Development Company in South Florida market is looking for a reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

Duties

· Greet all visitors at the front desk

· Answer phone system and direct calls to appropriate staff members

· Perform general clerical duties such as filling and scanning

· Collect

· Run errands, order supplies and other administrative task

· Ensure the front reception areas is kept clean and tidy at all times

· Maintain all areas of the main office clean, tidy and fully stocked at all times

Requirements

· Well-groomed appearance

· Previous experience working as a receptionist is preferred

· Strong communication skills verbal and written

· Proficiency on Microsoft Office
