**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Controller to join our team. The Assistant Controller will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have MRP/ERP and experience working in a manufacturing facility.
**Responsibilities:**
҉ Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual reports
҉ Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
҉ Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
҉ Prepare financial management reports
҉ Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
҉ Preform cost accounting analysis on all corporate orders and production
҉ Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
҉ Assist with payroll administration
҉ Review and process expense reports
҉ Assist with preparation, coordination, and execution of the audit process
҉ Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
҉ Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close
҉ Preform cost accounting analysis on all corporate orders and production
҉ Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
҉ Assist with payroll administration
҉ Review and process expense reports
҉ Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
҉ Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
҉ Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues
҉ Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
҉ Other duties as may be assigned by the Controller
